Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not allow order cancellations once the order has been placed. This policy ensures that every order is fulfilled with the utmost care and attention.

• Every dish is made to order.
• The ingredients and preparation incur costs.
• The food product is perishable and cannot be resold or consumed by another customer.

• As we do not allow cancellations, we are unable to offer refunds. By placing an order with Biryaniya, you agree to this policy and understand that:
• The cost of ingredients and preparation is non-recoverable.
• We cannot resell or reuse the food prepared specifically for you.

In rare cases where an issue arises on our end (e.g., incorrect order, quality concerns), we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
